Commonly known as blue tea, is a caffeine-free herbal tea, or tisane, beverage made from a decoction or infusion of the flower petals or whole flower of the Clitoria ternatea plant.

Add a tiny bit of acid (for example, lemon juice) and it will change color to purple or pink. They have a very mild flavor, so its easy to add them to a summer iced tea, or make ice cubes with them.
